Parcel Farce!

How many times have you bought or sold a study from eBay only to find out that it has been destroyed on its travels by the Royal Mail?

We've faced this problem on several occasions and thought that we can't be the only ones.

Have you received a broken study, or posted one off only to hear it arrived in more pieces than it left you? Have you had any success in claiming from the Royal Mail?

PS - the image is of the mischeivous dragon that we received. It looks like the sorters had a great game of football with this study.

Update on the eBay issue

Well, it's now Tuesday 25/10/05 and have we heard anything from eBay regarding the copied image and text that another seller is using in their own auction as we mentioned on Saturday?

Well guess what - not a word from eBay, so we've sent another complaint regarding this.
Let's see if they do anything this time...

eBay shenanigans

So, you decide to sell off a study or two. How do you go about it? Well, most people would follow this simple plan;

1) Take a photo of the item you're about to sell and load it onto your computer.
2) Come up with a description for the item, giving as much detail as possible about it.
3) Decide on the opening price and then submit the lot.

Most people do this. It's easy. It's straightforward. It's very, very simple. However, for some people it seems that even these three steps are too hard to comprehend, and so instead they follow a different plan;

1) Steal an image from another listing.
2) Steal the description from another listing.
3) Steal the opening price and submit the lot.

New Commission
