If you're looking for another online auction system that doesn't take money off you for listing an item and more money when you make a sale, then you might be interested in eBid. You can register easily, and become a 'bronze member' instantly. To list items for sale you will need to update your account to silver or gold. A silver account requires card validation, (but is free), whilst a 7 day 'Gold' account costs you only 99p, or £2.49 for 30 days, £26.99 for a year, or £44.99 for a lifetime account. Gold accounts incur NO listing or final fee payments. For those selling lots of items, it's an interesting alternative to eBay and it's ever changing fee structures.
We would like to thank 'collectormaniac' for supplying us with a lot of images that have helped with the Land of the Dragons section.
Have you used eBay recently? There is new seller of Myth and Magic going by the name 'thetudormint'. We thought we'd check this out and yes, it is indeed The Tudor Mint selling items on eBay. After speaking to them about this, we were told;
'Actually it is us. We have some surplus mainly ex-mail-order stock ... we decided to sell it on ebay. It won't be a general occurrence, just very selective selling.'
Here are DragonsCavern we're hoping this is just the start, and that soon the TM will be selling ALL catalogue pieces directly via the web. You can see what is currently available by visiting our shop page - we've added a direct feed to 'thetudormint' sellers items.

Also a conversation with Jean Wood has been added to the interview section.
We've been browsing around the online catalogues, and have come across two metal dragons. One is definately from the Tudor Mint and called 'Famulus' (on the Littlewoods website), whilst the other (on the Empire website) is called 'Hedera' but may not be from the TM. Does anyone shop with these catalogues and know their TM reference numbers? We'd appreciate knowing them :-)
Update: Thanks to Belboz we have the reference numbers: N026 for Famulus, and N027 for Hedera, and added them to the commissions section.
...'The Mystical Encounter' general store has now been joined by 'Gereog and Tomepicker' - bespoke outfitters. Get your boots, armour, shields and helmets there! Just click on the shop links and you'll see your new store.
PS For those not sure, Gereog and Tomepicker are the wizard and dragon on The Crystal Shield (Ref #9009)
Also, a 'special store' allowing you to purchase colours and effects for your usernames / ranks and titles is open too. *Note: the glow effect does not seem to work with Firefox browsers.
If you haven't yet visited the forum, why not take a look?
